DOT (Department of Transportation) physicals helps to keep all drivers safe by making sure that they can safely meet the physical demands of the job. All drivers must meet each DOT physical requirements to receive their CDL medical card. What to bring to your physical:
- List of medications including strength & dosage, name of prescribing doctor, address & phone number
- Eye glasses
- Medical records such as:
- Exercise Tolerance Test for history of heart attack or cardiovascular disease
- Sleep Test Results if diagnosed with sleep apnea
