Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Crown Services understands that situations arise and will sometimes put you in a position to cancel, reschedule or request a refund with us. If you need to cancel, reschedule or would like a refund for your class 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your class send an email directly to [email protected] and leave us a message.

No phone calls will be allowed for the above process, EMAILS ONLY!  We will issue a refund of any funds paid MINUS the $10.00 reschedule/cancellation fee if it’s more than the 48 hours as listed above.

All requests must be through EMAIL ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS.  NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED COURSE.  If you submit payment within 48 hours or less of a scheduled course you will not be given the option of a refund, reschedule, credit or cancellation.
